Halloween Treat Bags and Printables

A quick and easy Halloween treat bag idea to make and give out to the little trick-or-treaters or as goody bags for a party.

Wrap spider web around each bag to bring out a little spookiness for Halloween.

Let’s get started .  .  .  .  .

Supplies

1.  No tricks just treats labels {print here}
2.  Treats to fill the bags
3.  small brown paper bags {9.5″ x 5″ x 3″} or smaller
4.  glue stick
5.  scissors
6.  black twine
7.  spider web

.

1.  Glue a Halloween treat label on the lower front side of a paper bag.

2.  Fill the bag with treats.

3.  Half way down from the top of the bag, gather the sides together with your hands to close the opening,

4.  Wrap twine around the gathered area of the bag twice and tie a knot.  Spread out the top of the bag just a little.

5.  Stretch out about 12 inch by 1 or 2 inches long piece of spider web and place a treat bag right on top of it at the center.

6.  Take one of the two ends of the spider web up to the top of the bag and secure it, repeat with the other end.  Take random pieces off the the spider web and stretch it around the bag where ever you want it.

Repeat these steps for all the other goody bags.

A simple Halloween display with a few branches covered with spider web, sparkly black spiders, mini pumpkins and a tray full of treat bags .

The kids will have fun uncovering the spider web to get to the treats inside the bag.
